Our dedicated team collaborates with other professionals to deliver case coordination services, helping to develop and implement individualized support and safety plans that address each student's specific circumstances.

Our after-school programs cater to youth ages 7-18, providing a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive. Operating Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, we offer both group and one-on-one levels of supervision and support tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant.

Transportation

Our transportation services offer safe and reliable pick-up and drop-off for students, ensuring convenient transportation from school to our program and directly to their homes, providing a seamless and supportive experience for families

Center and Community Based Activities

Our center and community-based activities are designed to be fun and foster connections for youth within their communities. Each age- and cognitively appropriate activity helps participants build essential team-building and social skills while forming meaningful relationships.

Power Hour

Power Hour is a psychoeducation group for 8-12 youth, led by our dedicated mental health team and supported by staff. Focused on social-emotional development, the team uses group discussions and interactive activities to help participants understand and manage emotions while identifying coping strategies for various environments.

Expressive Arts

Expressive Arts provides a vibrant range of creative opportunities, including digital arts, studio arts, and music, allowing youth to express themselves. Smaller group settings enable individualized instruction and personalized processing, ensuring participants can explore their creativity at their own pace. All activities are tailored to the age and cognitive levels of our youth.
