Fundamentals offers programming for youth in need of support due to emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges that occur in school, at home, or in the community.
Education Program
We help students grow scholastically and meet academic expectations. We collaborate with schools for our students to receive the necessary academic support to be successful.
Community Integration
We take pride in offering services that help our youth develop strong community ties in the areas they live and develop emotionally, physically, socially, and academically.
Our agency has physical locations in Appleton, Oshkosh and Green Bay, but our services extend throughout Wisconsin.
Clinical Services
We staff our agency with a multidisciplinary team of individuals whose collective goal is to improve the lives of each youth we serve. Our staff's various experiences and educational background helps mold truly diverse and wholesome programming.
